Shipping Policy

This OXO shop prepares orders only after payment authorization. The delivery choices and charges available to a customer are shown before the order is placed.

From order to dispatch

Preparation normally requires 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated carrier travel is 4–6 business days. These periods are separate estimates, not a promise of arrival on a particular date; weekends and applicable holidays are excluded from business days.

Address and tracking

Please check the full delivery address at checkout. Tracking information follows shipment, although a carrier's first scan or subsequent update can take time to appear.

When a parcel needs attention

For a delay, missing package, damage in transit, or a delivery scan without receipt, write to bhaijavan864@gmail.com. Give the order number, checkout email and tracking reference. Keep the packaging and send photographs when damage is involved.
